I ordered two titanium pieces of jewelry that I wanted to be anodized to have a faux gold color. The color on both the pieces turned out beautiful, but while ordering (this was my first time) I made a mistake that cost me five extra dollars. An employee kindly reached out to me and notified me that my five dollars would be refunded to my account, and pointed me in the right direction to make sure I knew what to do for my next order. I will definitely be ordering from this shop again!
