Minor Piercing Information

We do not pierce infants or ANYONE under the age of seven. NO EXCEPTIONS!

What to bring for ages 7-11 years old: 

• Birth Certificate for the minor
• Valid Government ID from Parent/Legal Guardian

IF you are their Legal Guardian, You MUST provide guardianship paperwork.

To book for multiple piercings, you must select them individually!

Ages 12-17 we need a birth certificate for the minor, government ID for the minor (Passport, Student ID, Grade Portal, Military ID, Permit, DL, ID)  plus Parent/Guardian Present and Their ID.
