We came here to do a mother/daughter tragus piercing for Mother's Day. The experience was wonderful! Friendly staff, clean environment, and great reviews online. About 2 weeks after getting our piercings, my daughter started to get redness and irritation from the piercing. It was swollen, and after a day or two, started to produce a discharge of pus. My daughter went to another location to have a piercer take a look at it, and they said the piercing was done with way too small of an earring. The bar was not long enough, so the swelling had resulted in the skin beginning to grow over the earring itself. They had to remove the earring from her ear, then replace it with one with a longer bar. It was EXTREMELY painful. Her ear cleared up and felt better truly within hours. We spent quite a bit of money to get our ears pierced with quality jewelry at a well known piercing shop, so it was super disheartening this happened.
