Barbell sizing varies per person!

We use a lot of 14g 9/16th (for nipples) in our studio, so if you are absolutely unsure, I'd say start there!

Best way to know your size is getting sized in person! 

Absolutely no refunds if the standard size doesn’t fit. You may exchange it for another size, but you are responsible for shipping costs.
