every body is different, you may not be that size. You can measure your current length to see what size you are in inch fractions! 

All ends/tops come included w a barbell or post! This is listed only if you want extras or want to try a different length.

These are made of implant grade titanium, they are nickle free and will not rust 

they can be used in nipples and industrials!
