Every body is different, you may not be that size. You can measure your current length to see what size you are in inch fractions! 

All ends and tops come included with a barbell or post! This is listed only if you want extras or want to try a different length.

These are made of implant grade titanium, they are nickle free and will not rust. 

They can be used in nipples and industrials!
